Large diameter process piping in accordance with CSA B51-14 boiler, pressure vessel and pressure piping code.

Our team has vast experience in executing large diameter piping, penstock and manifold for hydro-electric projects. Utilizing our multiple SAW and manipulator units within our 420ft by 80ft bay, as well as, coating and lining in our over 5000 sq/ft paint booth, we are able to execute large projects all in house.

Our capabilities include:

  • CSA Z662 – Oil and gas pipeline systems

  • Carbon, stainless and alloys

  • Sub-Arc pipe diameters – up to 300+” (7500+ cm)

  • Experience with Unique Geometry connections

  • Experience with Low temperature materials and weld procedures

  • Certified, in-house Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Pen (LP) capabilities
