NASPIPE Product Range

Unlike competing piping systems, NASPIPE is readily available in standard sizes from 2.5 inches to 24 inches in diameter (73mm to 610mm) and lengths of 20ft and 40 ft. (6 and 12 meters).

Customers’ special requirements can be fulfilled in larger diameter, custom wall thicknesses and lengths up to 50 feet (15 meters).

NASPIPE bends and fittings are produced to customer specifications, using standard pipe sizes. Bends up to 180 degrees, with a radius from three times the pipe diameter or greater, incorporating integral hardened tangents to any length, facilitate design flexibility. Induction bending allows multiple bends or combined bend-straight segments to be produced from a single length of pipe. Fabricated laterals, Ts and Ys are also supplied, and NASPIPE accommodates all standard pipe coupling and jointing methods (see below).

Product Range

NASPIPE is readily available in the standard sizes listed below in 20ft (6m) and 40ft (12m) lengths up to 16″ (406mm) diameter.

Custom Fabrication

NASPIPE is produced in bends and fittings to special order, using standard pipe sizes listed above. Bends down to 4″ (114mm) diameter and radii from 3D upwards to permit you to design for minimum wear conditions in combination with high abrasion resistance. Fabricated laterals, T’s and Y’s are also available in NASPIPE.
