We are the only company in North America able to simultaniously bend multiple pieces of pipe.

Our Team is highly skilled in bending helical coils. The unique combination of experience in bending and welding allows us to execute design build solutions to meet our clients’ expectations. We can bend pipes 3″ – 12″ in pipe diameter in either single, double or triple coils. We can manufacture either single, double, triple or quadruple coils, using carbon, stainless or alloy pipe. We are also able to hydro test our work to ensure your products are safe and manufactured to the highest quality.

Our capabilities include:

  • ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Section I ‘S’ and Section VII ‘U’ certified

  • ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 and B31.9 certified

  • Carbon, stainless and alloys

  • Pipe diameters – 1/2” (1.5cm) through 12” (300cm)

  • Maximum number of pipe per wrap – 10″-12″ (single), 8″ (double), 3′- 6″ (triple), Quadruple available (depends on coil diameter)

  • Certified, in-house Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Pen (LP) capabilities

  • In-house hydrostatic testing

  • In-house fabrication drawings
