FIRE-RATED PRODUCTS

Production and Testing according to IMO 754(18). Glass meets ISO 5797 requirements. Wheelhouse windows – A0 and A60 class. Divided windows, fixed, with one or two cross-bars – A0 and A60 class. Portlights, fixed, with one or two cross-bars –A0 and A60 class.

WIPER SYSTEMS

Easy-to-reach control panels support wiper systems suitable for the structures of all ships.

Wiper systems suitable for the structures of all ships are supported by easy-to-reach control panels.

Wipers running horizontally are designed to enhance the wiping area. For heavy-duty
applications. Equipped with a motor installed internally, mounted on the top or at the bottom of the windows.

Equipped with 24 or 230 VDC engine.

Non opening side scuttles are designed mainly for mounting (welding or bolting) in hull. Side scuttles are designed according to ISO 1751.

Painting and Sandblasting:

The surface is sandblasted in quality SA 2 8501/1 in accordance with the standard ISO. All the frames of windows will be painted (shop primed) by Marine Series. The color of the top coat is to be given at the time of the order. Any other requirements to be specified by the customer.

Glass Protection:
The surface of the glass is protected against grinding and welding particles by special chemical material.

It is produced in accordance with ISO 1751 and is designed according to the mounting forms (welded or screwed) suitable for the structure of the ship.

Paint and Sandblasting

• All Window and Glass slots are made ready for painting before the painting processes by SA 2.5 sandblasting. After sandblasting, primer paint processes are performed with Marine Series paints in the necessary microns. According to the demand, the last coat of paint is also done and ready for installation.

Glass Protection

• The two surfaces of the glasses are protected by special chemical drugs against welding and grinding parts that may occur during assembly.

Sliding windows are designed mainly for mounting (welding or bolting) in walls of superstructures and wheelhouses. Windows are designed according to ISO 3903. Special-shaped windows (trapezoid, parallelogram, etc.) are available. IMPORTANT. Sides of the windows in way of sliding to be parallel.
