Our Pipe Linings
Here’s an overview of some of the linings we can apply to large diameter pipes.
• Polyclad 951 by Carboline is an epoxy lining for dry natural gas transmission pipelines designed for increased flow efficiency. It also offers corrosion protection for pipes during storage.
• Carboguard 891 by Carboline is a high-solids, high-build potable water coating widely used for lining interior steel and concrete tanks, valves and pipes. It’s formulated for application at conventional builds (4.0-6.0 mils per coat) as well as high builds (10.0 mils per coat).
• Phenoline 341 by Carboline is a solvent-free epoxy lining suitable for various cargos, including potable water, wastewater, seawater, fuels, crude oils and other solutions. It’s designed for lining pipes 16 inches in diameter or larger.
• Phenoline Tank Shield by Carboline is a solvent-free, high-performance epoxy coating designed as an internal tank, valve and pipe lining for chemical or other commodity storage. It’s a unique blend of resins and curing agents that allow batch mixing for ease of application. It can handle exposures typically seen in the oil and gas industries, crude oils and fuels. It’s resistant to NGL condensates, produced water, brines, industrial process water, wastewater and sewage.
• SP-9888® by SPC is an environmentally friendly, 100 per cent solids, VOC-free two-component pipe lining system. It cures to a highly cross-linked coating with excellent chemical, solvent and water immersion resistance for temperatures up to 150 C (302 F). SP-9888® can be used as a lining for pipelines containing crude oil, diluted crude, various hydrocarbons, sewage, process water, acids, alkalis and salt solutions.
• ARCHCO 453™ EPOXY by Denso is a highly durable epoxy lining designed to protect the internal surface of steel pipes and tanks against corrosion abrasion and chemical attacks in industrial storage. This lining offers excellent temperature resistance up to 200 C.
